SC Type Fiber Field Assembly Optical Connector

This kind of Field Assembly Optical Connector is designed for fast and simple field termination of single fiber, without polishing or epoxy. The Connector is made with precision and high quality Zirconiu ferrules and provides a highly reliable connection in most of the network application. The SC type is available with 2.0mm x 3.0mm jacket cable.

Installation Steps:
2.1 Strip the fiber coating.
2.2 Cleave the fiber to the correct length.
2.3 Insert the fiber into the fast connector until it seats.
2.4 Crimp or lock the connector in place.
2.5 Test for insertion loss and continuity.
